Pompano Sunshine

Layered with nostalgic care.

We pack fresh, coastal flavors into reusable glass jars. Every layer is built by hand in Pompano Beach, keeping your lunch crisp until the final shake.

Our Roots

Pompano Beach Heritage

My Mason Jar began with a simple memory of Southern pantry shelves lined with preserved summer peaches. We wanted to bring that tactile, slow-paced warmth back to modern coastal lunch hours.

By replacing single-use boxes with heavy, chilled glass, we honor both our local Florida beaches and the honest, scratch-made methods of past generations.

The Jar Loop

Chilled glass, zero waste.

We serve everything in reusable jars to eliminate coastal trash. Take your jar home, wash it, and bring it back for your next layered salad.

Chilled and Sealed

Shake and Feast

We pour house-made dressings at the bottom, stacking heavy vegetables next, and delicate greens on top to prevent soggy leaves.

Each jar is sealed tight and kept cold, preserving crisp textures and vibrant flavors until you are ready to eat.

When hunger strikes, turn the jar upside down, shake vigorously to coat the greens, and enjoy a perfectly fresh meal.
